To make your stay and that of other guests pleasant and safe, please follow the general order and the rules below.
1. Arrival
Check-in time is from 14:00.
On arrival, guests go to the reception, fill out a guest registration card (unless it was already completed online) and pay the full amount of the booking. Guests leave a 5 EUR deposit for the keys. The deposit is returned when the room keys are returned.
2. Staying with us
When you are leaving the room, please switch off the lights and close the windows. Guests must respect the privacy and rest of others, so quiet hours are from 22:00 to 7:00. Personal belongings must not be left in common areas.
Fortūna Hostel is not responsible for valuables left in rooms or cars, or for the safety of vehicles. To avoid unpleasant incidents, we recommend keeping important belongings in the safe (guests leave a 5 EUR deposit for the safe key). In case of an accident or emergency, guests must contact the relevant authorities immediately and inform the Fortūna Hostel administration.
3. Departure
Check-out time is until 12:00. For a later check-out or luggage storage, please ask at the reception. If a guest does not leave by the set time and does not inform the reception staff, Fortūna Hostel reserves the right to free the room, remove the guest’s belongings or ask for payment for another night.
4. Order
Rooms and premises of Fortūna Hostel are cleaned from 12:00 to 16:00. Guests must leave the rooms during cleaning.
When leaving the hostel, guests leave the rooms reasonably tidy and clean, the mattresses unstained, and take the used bed linen to the designated place.
To keep things clean, guests wash kitchen dishes and equipment themselves after use.
Guests may not cook or eat in the rooms or in other areas not meant for it.
5. Guests may not
- smoke or drink alcohol indoors;
- bring into the hostel premises, or accommodate in a room, persons who have not registered with Fortūna Hostel in the set way (by filling out a guest registration card at the reception or online);
- bring pets without prior arrangement with the Fortūna Hostel administration;
- move to another room without the administration’s knowledge and permission.
Guests must pay for any damage caused by their improper behaviour. If guests cause damage or do not follow the hostel rules, Fortūna Hostel reserves the right to stop providing accommodation services immediately.
6. For groups
Group leaders are responsible for the behaviour of their group members. At the administration’s request, the group leader may be asked to leave a 300 EUR deposit to ensure cleanliness and order.
7. Other provisions
Reception hours: 6:30–23:30.
Guests are accommodated in shared rooms only until 22:00.
